15 November 2010 2131utc.
EGCC Manchester International Airport.

Report from my work colleague.

An R.A.F. Tristar had an issue where no flaps were available.
Aircraft landed on 23R in a flapless configuration which then caused overheated brakes the left main gear worse than right.

Aircraft commander declared brake temps normal by 2150.

Aircraft then was allowed to Taxi to Stand 72.

Airport fire service to monitor progression of the movement from A3 to stand.

Nothing further.
