Same Aircraft Has Unsafe Gear Twice In Two Days

An Air Canada Embraer ERJ-190, registration C-FHIS, has had two issues with nose gear unsafe conditions twice within two days, once on 11/14/10 at CYVR, and again on 11/15/10 at KSFO.
