Are there any scanners that I can program two or three different frequencies and have it scan through all of them and plays what is current and still be in real time

Are you talking about being able to hear multiple frequencies simultaneously if a transmissions overlap between multiple frequencies? Or just in general scan quickly through a set of frequencies and lock onto one when a transmission is observed?

Scan and lock in when a transmission is found and still have it be in real time

Not sure if you've already seen this, but the following FAQ lists several models and talks about buying a scanner in general: I want to listen to my local airport and/or provide a feed to LiveATC.net - which scanner should I buy?
