Setting up a KSTL (St. Louis Lambert International) stream?

I know there used to be a STL tower and possibly approach stream in the past but I haven't seen it in years. I'd like to get such a stream running again but need to find someone in the neighborhood of the airport. I'm willing to supply some of the equipment (radio, encoder, etc) but still need a building and an internet connection. If anyone is interested, let me know.
