SF Media and the SFO Crash
« on: July 09, 2013, 01:14:42 PM »
I came in about a half hour late.  Watched and listened to most of SF MSN (Mainstream Media) and in between listened to Live Atc archieve Audio. of the crash. I called,  sent email ,to various stations telling them about the LATC audio stream, where it was on the site, the time in UTC.....  One station used  the audio and their only comment was they 'did not understand it.' NPR national news  used the audio and as expected, did not have a clue!  Worse yet did any  of these organizations  follow the terms of service and give credit to LiveATC.net,  OK COURSE NOT!

And NPR, and local NPR stations KQED/KQEI and KXJT (Capital Public Radio) all credited both FlightAware and LiveATC on their local call-in programs regarding the incident.
