And if there is coming up something like tuners in Spain.

I don't know whether Spanish law allows reception and redistribution of ATC communications; but if it does, the trick is to find a volunteer within range of an airport to host a feed. See http://www.liveatc.net/forums/index.php/topic,1000.0.html for what it takes.
