It used to be cell phones...

But I have personally left my glasses on an airplane before...

My wife and I went to Florida for vacation. I had the window seat and it was sunny, so I switched to my sunglasses.  8-)

I missed my carry-on bag with my glasses case and they landed on the floor beside my bag. I didn't realize this until we got to our condo on Marco Island!   :?

I called the station at KRSW, but by this time, the aircraft had departed KRSW for KACY...  :x

But they said they would make contact with the crew once the airplane arrived in KACY.  :-)

The cabin crew found my glasses when they got to KACY.  :-)

But it would be tomorrow before that aircraft was to be back thru KRSW.  :|

The Captain had my glasses in the cockpit and said he would make sure they got to the ticket counter in KRSW.

The following day, my wife and I took the drive up to KRSW and got there just as the flight from KACY arrived at it's gate...and a few minutes later, my eye glasses case with my glasses were deliverd to the ticket counter by the Captain himself!  :-D

Years ago, in a kinder, gentler time, my wallet came out of  my back pocket on a flight.  Later in the day the airline called and said someone had turned it in and I could pick it up at the counter.  When I claimed the wallet I expected the money in it would be gone.  I was wrong.  The money was there but in different denominations.  Someone had made change.
