The latest information I have is about a year old, but here it is:

JAX - 9
TPA - 11
MIA - 12
MCO - 11
RSW - 8
FLL - 8
MLB - Unknown
TLH - 7
DAB - 10

Hope this helps.

Jason,

thank you for posting that for me!

my next question is, is there a specific website out there that could provide that sort of information, or did u search each of those places and found their rating?

Every facility has a designated ATC level (12 being the highest) based on a myraid of different factors (traffic volume and complexity of operation being just two of them).

I have a document that spells out the ATC levels for every facility.  E-mail me at jason<at>liveatc.net if you'd like a copy.

ya thanks jason, ill take you up on that!

i appreciate it!

i have one more question,   how hard is it to transfer from one airport tower to another, that may be a different level?

an example being, lets say i go to jacksonville tower, build proficiency and earn my sign offs and check out's, but then later, i decide to transfer somewhere bigger like orlando or miami.  how difficult is it to do that?

Here is the pay bands from the "white book"... there is a schedule that goes with the Developmental structure D-1= FD (flight data) + 25% of the positions certified, D-2 FD + 50% of the positions certified, D-3 FD + 75% of the positions certified and CPC (Certified Professional Controller) 100% positions certified.
