United Flight 93 ATC controller

Does anyone know if the controller who directed United flight 93 from  the Air Disaster.com tapes is still on the air? Should be Cleveland Ctr. If so tell me when he is on.  I've listened to this since the 9/11 deal on this flight has resurfaced.

I know it's on a website somewhere but it's not here, however I can't remember the exact name.  It's some type of website that has recordings of several plane emergencies.
