And to correct one statement I made above, not all of the controllers actions were after the fact, remember, he did point out to the pilot that he was going the wrong way possibly keeping this as an incident and not an accident (not even sure it's an incident).

Here is what I received from you at 3:45 PM CDT today via PM on this site:
Anybody that quotes a PM on a public forum should be banned from said forum.  Period.  Thats why it's a PM.  Most forums I visit (MANY!) specifically state this in the forum rules. Although I couldn't find it here, it should be in place.
