USB Scanner Program Cable

it came with the drivers and all but no software. do i buy it seperatly or

Here's the software that's most popular. Most of it is free. You're using this with a Radioshack scanner right? No computer control, but it's programming software. You can program in UHF airband frequencies on non UHF Radioshack models too, just look in the readme.txt files on how.
