I want to hear the ATC from LGA to VP-BDJ, which occured last night around 7:00, but I listened to the 1900Z-1930 feed archive, but I didn't hear anything. Do I have the GMT time right?

No, you did not convert correctly.  7:00pm converts to 19:00 military time, which you then need to add 5 hours (*) to convert to GMT, also known as Zulu time.   This results in a Zulu time of 2400, but wait!  There is no such thing in aviation.  24z becomes 00z of the next day!!!    :)

Therefore, you need to listen to the archive for 00z from today's date (Friday, 12/22).

* = Note:  Add 5 hours to military time in the winter time for Standard time conversion, add 4 hours in the spring and summer months for "daylight savings time."

Thank you very much for your help, Peter! I heard it around the 4 minute mark on the archive mp3. Thanks again!

When they took off, would they contact New York Departure?

Yes, New York departure on 120.400, then to New York Approach on 124.750, but as far as I know there are not any feeds that cover these two frequencies. I guess this was "The Donald" heading to his winter home in PBI in his private B727 for the weekend, must be nice. I wonder if he invited Rosie along ? DJ
