Reinstall or upgrade Winamp.  All your file associations have gotten fouled up.

FWIW - when I click on any active feed link on the map, Widows Media Player opens (by default), says it's connecting and then appears to do nothing. The "play" button won'tt start the feed either. I am able to connect by using any other link besides the map...

I'm using Win 7 Pro, IE8 and Media Player 12

Depending on how many players are installed on your system, many times a new player can steal file associations away from another player application.  I find this is the usual cause of players not working.  I can't reproduce either of these cases on this end - but will look to see if anything is wrong on this end.  We are using standard linking methods for all the listed players.
