Hi Listeners,

Im new but a good start is half the battle.  I have been interested in aviation oh it must be seven or eight years, got 45 hours ( very costly ) got my 10yr RT licence, got a string of aviation related exams and Im a member of AFA the virtual airline this past three years.

All in all flight simming is my hobby but one day...who knows?

I'm a student pilot at Class D KMMU.  I've always liked listening to the interesting archive clips, and now I'm using the KCDW archive to critique my own radio work.  Thanks for the great site, and thanks to all the feeders!

I just got my prvate pilot license about 3 weeks ago and am working on my instrument rating right now. I'm here mostly to get myself used to listening to control towers and aprroach control while I'm learning to shoot approaches and such.

I just recently passed my VATUSA entrance exam.

My goal is to become an ATC, though the future looks grim. So Perhaps I should fall back on my original dream of becoming a commercial pilot. I actually almost have my degree in IT right now, but my real passion consists of aviation.

I've been a virtual pilot with hundreds of hours logged. But just this year a VATSIM pilot, and soon, a VATSIM ATC hopefully out of the ZOB ARTCC at CMH. Not many fly to/from CMH, but I'd like to change that. Its a great destination straight in the heart of it all, between jfk/lax etc....

Real world ATC and private pilot, controller for 19 years, pp for 20. Came across your site from link on NATCA web  site, www.natca.org. Am enjoying listening to the clips that are located here. Unfortunetly, I do not always agree with some of the things that are said in the posts, but that's life!

Virtual hobby pilot now a student pilot working towards my private at KBFI/KSEA, then maybe instrument or multiengine. Listening to LiveATC has helped me improve my communications by learning from others.
