"lost pilot audio clip"
« on: July 31, 2005, 10:47:25 PM »
Around 8 to 10 years ago I found a audio clip of a "lost pilot"  who couldn't find the runway.  It was a private pilot flying into a small airport.  The controller tells other aircraft to hold off while he talks/walks the pilot around.  The controller does a great job and the scolding he gives the pilot for not being familar with the airport is first rate.
My son can't find it either, we were going to have my grandson listen to it.

If I remember right, I found it on the DFW website.  We can't find it anywhere.

Anybody out there ...can you help??

Thanks

Big J

I believe it used to be on http://www.cyberair.com/ .  However, most of the site has been down for months if not over a year.  It's probably around somewhere else, though that's the only place I ever saw it.

Hi,

I have the copyrighted clip you are looking for.  It will be back on my CyberAir.com website by January 2008.  I am in the process with the help of others of putting CyberAir.com back up.
