It seems that the frequency listed on the feed of 127.825 is not in use and 121.15 is way too far to pick up traffic at all. Secondly the frequency of 125.575 is listed but not on the feed..

Basically 127.825 and 121.15 should be lopped off and addition to the feed that would make up a great feed would be 133.6,125.575,120.275,and 127.925
