I have a question about emergency descend.
I am pilot. I want to know what is your procedure when we declare emergency descend???

Based on PANS-ATM part 12, i will broadcast the following information:

ATTENTION ALL AIRCRAFT IN THE VICINITY OF [or AT]
(significant point or location) EMERGENCY DESCENT IN
PROGRESS FROM (level) (followed as necessary by specific
instructions, clearances, traffic information, etc.).
