ZFW is now using 128.125 as an ultra-high frequency in the KMLC area apparently.  On Radio Reference  a retired controller put how the high sector looked for that area.  I presume the 128.125 is coming from Marshall, TX.  I heard 132.2 and 135.45 yesterday at 2200 msl on a small mountain.  Any chance 128.125 will be moved to KMLC?  Does that mean 135.45 is the mid-high freq now?

Thanks for any info.
